Well, Natalie and I have been deliberating for some time now about some choices that have come our way, and we feel like we’re now ready to commit to them.

We’ve thought long and hard, weighing pros and cons and have decided to move back to Texas, Austin, specifically.

Nat’s old company is preparing to open up a new gym in the Austin area and have asked if she would be interested in helping to launch the gym with managing a kid’s fitness program.

The company I currently work for has offices in Austin, so I have opportunities for employment there, but my friend Paul also has connections with a few companies in Austin and he said that he would be more than happy to put in a good word for me and a recommendation.

This move will allow us to be closer to Nat’s family (they live in San Antonio) and also allow me to be a little more connected with the thriving live music scene that Austin is known for.

We plan on making the move this July.

We’ll miss all our Tallahassee friends but are really excited about our future opportunities. Thank you all for your love and support.

Dude you got me! the febres’ are having a funfest w/ me this year. This morning keila told me there was a fire truck parked in front of the house and our cars were blocked in. I almost called work to tell them i didnt know when i would be in b/c a firetruck was parked in front of the house. LOL

While, I’m personally very sad to see my friends leave, I can only be excited for you two as you launch into this next season of your life. I’ve heard nothing but incredible things about the city of Austin, and I know you’ll love the music scene there.

At least we know that we’ll never been more than a few Twitter/IMs/blog posts away! Sigh…still sucks, though…

I must confess, this was an April Fool’s Joke. Natalie and I conspired and came up with this nifty little blog post.
