Whether a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where it falls, there will it lie

Well, Fay has finally made it to good ol’ Tallahassee. Schools were canceled so the kids got a day off (it has rained worse and I remember still going to school… Florida is ranked what in the nation?) but it seemed like most everybody else had to work but maybe got off a little early. Not much to say or write about except it’s a little windier than usual and the rain is pretty steady and coming in slightly sideways.

Part of me wants to be out and about but the other part would like to be home. xbox live sounds like it would be really fun right now… I was tempted at Best Buy.

Here’s a quick photo of what it looks like outside my apartment complex. Not too bad. It’s hard to see the rain but it’s there.

I was hoping for a little more from Fay. Maybe something stronger will fly by later in the year. Something with more lightning and thunderstorms and sideways rain.

Incidentally, this black leprous car here is mine 100%.

I managed to pay it off about a year early so I’m grateful and thankful that we were able to do that. Thanks Dave Ramsey. Now, to get rid of more debt… after I get a Macbook.
